“劳动”概念是马克思主义哲学的核心范畴,是揭示和切中当今社会现实的基点。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央继承了马克思劳动本体论和人本论价值理论,紧密结合新的历史起点和实践要求,对劳动的核心内涵进行了创新性解读:从实践层面,劳动是一种行为范式;从审美层面,劳动是一种自我实现;从伦理层面,劳动是一种道德实践。习近平对马克思劳动观的继承和阐扬,有力地澄清了劳动的当代价值,对政党锤炼作风、高校立德树人、推进共同富裕具有重要的价值意蕴。

The concept of “labor”is the core category of Marxist philosophy, and it is the basis for revealing and hitting the reality of today’s society. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jining as the core has inherited Marxist labor ontology and humanistic value theory, closely combined with the current historical starting point and practical requirements, to the core connotation of labor. An innovative interpretation has been put forward that labor is, at a reasonable level, a behavioral paradigm;on an aesthetic level, labor is a form of self-realization;on an ethical level, labor is an ethical practice. Xi’s inheritance and exposition of Marx’s labor effectively clarifies the present value of labor and has significant value implications for tempering the style of political parties,establishing morality in colleges and universities, and the common prosperity of the people.
