辽宁省生态环境保护与经济高质量发展耦合关系研究

Study on Coupling Relationship between Urban Ecological Environment Protection and High-quality Development of Rural Economy in Liaoning Province

以辽宁省为研究对象,采用灰色关联分析法,对其城镇生态环境保护与农村经济高质量发展之间的耦合关系进行了研究。分析表明,随着经济的不断发展,辽宁省经济的各项指标与生态环境的各种相关指标之间形成了一定的耦合关联,其达到中等关联度的指标所占比例为52.8%,这也意味着生态环境与经济发展之间的关联性较为密切。2015—2021年辽宁省经济发展与生态环境耦合度值介于0.658~0.671之间,呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,可以分成2个发展阶段:第一阶段为2015—2017年,两者之间的耦合度呈降低趋势,此期间,辽宁省的经济迅速发展,更加注重产业结构调整和生态环境建设;第二阶段为2018—2021年,两者之间的耦合度不断升高,其耦合协调性也在提升。

Liaoning Province was taken as the research object,and the coupling relationship between urban ecological environmental protection and high-quality rural economic development was studied by gray correlation analysis technology.The analysis results show that with the continuous development of the economy,a certain coupling correlation has been formed between various indicators of the economy of Liaoning Province and various related indicators of the ecological environment,among which the proportion of indicators reaching medium correlation is 52.8%.This also means that the relationship between the ecological environment and economic development is particularly close.From 2015 to 2021,the coupling value range of Liaoning Province was 0.658~0.671,showing a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The coupling degree can be divided into two different periods.First,from 2015 to 2017,the coupling degree between the two was mainly gradually reduced,during this period,the rapid economic development of Liaoning Province paid more attention to industrial structure adjustment and ecological environment construction.From 2018 to 2021,the coupling degree between the two is increasing,and its coupling coordination is increasing.
