摘要
以新疆14个地州市为研究对象,采用灰色关联度分析和三阶段DEA模型对2002—2020年新疆各地州市农业生产效率进行了分析。结果表明,水土流失治理面积对于农业投入有较为显著的负面影响,有利于提高农业生产效率;农业机械总动力、农作物总播种面积以及农业从业人员数这3个指标对农业总产值的影响较大;剔除外部环境因素和随机误差后,新疆整体农业生产效率较好,但14个地州市间仍有较大差距,应以点到线、到面、再到体的全面、协调发展,促进农业稳产增产。
The agricultural production in 14 prefectures and cities of Xinjiang from 2002 to 2020 was studied,and the efficiency was analyzed by gray correlation degree analysis and three-stage DEA model.The results show that the area of soil erosion control has a significant negative impact on agricultural inputs,which is conducive to improving agricultural production efficiency.The total power of agricultural machinery,the total sown area of crops and the number of agricultural employees have great impact on the total agricultural output value.After excluding external environmental factors and random errors,Xinjiang’s overall agricultural production efficiency is better,but there is still a big gap among various states,and the coordinated development of point-to-line,surface-to-surface,and then to the body should be used to set up a“benchmark”and promote steady agricultural production and increase.
