护理本科生科研创新实践制约因素及创新能力培养需求分析

Analysis of Restriction Factors of Scientific Research Innovation Practice and Demand of Innovation Ability Training for Nursing Undergraduates

目的深入了解护理本科生科研创新实践制约因素及创新能力培养需求,以期为护理本科生科研创新能力培养体系的构建提供参考依据。方法采用现象学研究法对24名护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果护理本科生科研创新实践制约因素共提炼5个主题(早期接触不足、创新实践知识薄弱、学科专业知识储备不足、创新训练重视程度不够和团队组织难或凝聚力缺乏),护理本科生科研创新能力培养需求共提炼4个主题(系统化培训需求、指导与合作需求、实践教学需求、资金支持和激励需求)。结论需关注不同年级护理本科生科研创新实践制约因素及培养需求,以年级为阶梯完善护理本科生科研创新能力培养体系。

Objective To deeply understand the constraints of scientific research innovation practice and innovation ability training needs of nursing undergraduates,so as to provide a reference for the construction of their scientific research innovation ability training system.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 24 nursing undergraduates by phenomenological research method,and themes were extracted by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results A total of five themes were refined in terms of the constraints of scientific research innovation practice of nursing undergraduates(insufficient in early contact,weak ofinnovation practice knowledge,lack of discipline expertise,insufficient in innovation training,and difficult team organization or lack of cohesion).In terms of the cultivation needs of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students,four themes were refined(systematic training needs,guidance and cooperation needs,practical teaching needs,financial support and incentive needs).Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the constraints and training needs of scientific research innovation practice of nursing undergraduates in different grades,and improve the training system of scientific research innovation ability based on grades.
