乡村振兴战略背景下涉农高校耕读教育体系建构与内涵建设——以北京农业职业学院为例

System and Connotation Construction of Farming and Reading Education in Agricultural Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture for Example

耕读文明是我国的软实力,耕读教育是涉农高校的必修课,实施耕读教育有利于传承农耕文化、涵养生态素养,培育具有知农爱农情怀的新时代社会主义乡村建设者。北京农业职业学院将耕读教育与劳动教育、创新创业教育、社会服务、校园文化相融合,以耕读教育共同体为平台,注重顶层设计,强化文化育人,在平台、机制、师资和基地建设上精准施策,率先打造了以“耕读传家”德育品牌建设为抓手,以培养知农爱农情怀为核心的首都耕读教育体系,为培养乡村振兴人才作出了有益探索。

Farming and reading civilization is the soft power of our country,and farming and reading education is a compulsory course in agriculture colleges and universities.The implementation of farming and reading education is conducive to inheriting farming culture,cultivating ecological literacy,and cultivating new-era socialist rural builders with feelings of knowing and loving agriculture.Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture integrates farming and reading education with labor education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,social services and campus culture.Taking farming and reading education community as a platform,it pays attention to top-level design,strengthens cultural education,and takes precise measures in platform,mechanism,teacher and base construction,takes the lead in building a capital farming and reading education system with the construction of the moral education brand of farming and reading heirloom as the starting point and cultivating the feelings of knowing and loving agriculture as the core,which has made a useful exploration for training rural revitalization talents.
