空间正义视角下城乡融合发展格局探析——以漓江西岸大山背区域为例

Discussion on Urban-Rural Integration Development Pattern Based on Spatial Justice——A Case Study of the Mountain Back Area on the West Bank of Lijiang River

城乡融合是乡村振兴的重要抓手和指引思路,也是解决我国社会不平衡不充分发展问题的关键,其实质是从空间正义视角重塑城乡关系。空间正义是城乡融合的实现方式,通过城乡产业融合来推动乡村振兴的发展进程体现了空间正义的科学性与合理性。结合我国社会生产力与生产关系的发展进程,剖析漓江西岸大山背区域城乡融合的现状与困境,从空间正义视角探讨城乡融合的新型发展格局,提出坚持以人为本,构建新型城乡融合机制;校准城乡关系,激活产业融合新动能;破解人才困境,培养乡村振兴高质量劳动力的发展路径。

Urban and rural integration is an important starting point and guiding idea of rural revitalization,and also the key to solve the problem of social unbalanced and inadequate development in our country.It is in essence to reshape urban and rural relations from the perspective of spatial justice.Spatial justice is the way to realize urban-rural integration,and promoting the development process of rural revitalization through the integration of urban and rural industries reflects the scientific nature and rationality of spatial justice.Based on the development process of social productive forces and production relations in China,this paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of urban-rural integration in the mountainous back area of the west bank of the Lijiang River,discusses the new development pattern of urban-rural integration from the perspective of spatial justice,and based on the above analysis,puts forward that it should be people-oriented to construct the new urban-rural integration mechanism.Calibrate the relationship between urban and rural areas and activate new drivers of industrial integration;Break the talent dilemma and cultivate high-quality rural labor force.
