摘要
随着技术和用户需求的不断提升,各厂商为用户提供了如净水机、净饮机、管线机、中央水处理系统等家用直饮水产品。因水质卫生安全为基本需求,现有饮用水行业已有较完善的安全标准,但感官评价一直未有明确的标准,故研究在直饮水的水质卫生安全标准外建立可量化感官评价方法。以桌面研究方式对比多种感官评价方法,结合企业品质管控的可实现性,形成了半定量评价方法并建立管控标准,在企业中应用,实现了管控饮用水产品出厂品质的良好效果。
Since the advancement of technology and the rising demand of users,merchants provide users with various home drinking water solutions,such as water purifiers,drinking purifiers,pipeline machines,central water treatment systems,and more.Drinking water health and safety are the basic needs.Now the drinking water product industry has relatively complete safety standard requirements,but there has been no clear standards for sensory evaluation.Studies on the establishment of a quantifiable sensory evaluation method in addition to the water quality,hygiene and safety standards for drinking water.By comparing a variety of sensory evaluation methods through desktop research and combining the feasibility of enterprise quality control,a quantitative evaluation method has been formed and a control standard has been established,which has been applied in enterprises to achieve a good effect of controlling the quality of drinking water produc ts.
