波轮洗衣机输入功率标准测试方法研究

波轮洗衣机的铭牌上标注的输入功率值是给用户提供的一个准确安全的重要参数,但是波轮洗衣机的输入功率在整个工作循环内都是变化的,无法测量出波轮洗衣机的各个典型周期的稳定功率,因此如何用标准方法测量波轮洗衣机各个典型周期的输入功率,是这次研究的主要课题。通过对标准IEC 60335-2-7(8.0版)和IEC 60335-1(5.1版和6.0版)中第10章节的解读和理解,按照标准方法要求对波轮洗衣机进行大量的试验。通过试验数据得到的结论证明了IEC 60335-2-7(8.0版)和IEC 60335-1(5.1版和6.0版)中第10章对波轮输入功率的测试方法的科学性和严谨性。

The rated power input is marked on the nameplate for impeller washing machine.It is an important safety parameter to the customer.But the power input is unstable throughout the operating cycle,it’s difficult to measure the stable power input during representative period.Therefore,how to measure the power input of the impeller washing machine during representative period is the topic of this article.According to the clause 10 of IEC 60335-2-7(8.0th edition)and IEC 60335-1(5.1th&6.0th edition),do the power input tests of impeller washing machine.The result of test data show that the requirement of chapter 10.1 in IEC 60335-2-7(8.0th edition)and IEC 60335-1(5.1th edition)is reasonable and precise for the Impeller washing mac hine.
