提升风管机制热舒适性的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 风管机制热舒适性越来越受到用户的关注。为了提升制热舒适性,在模拟用户实验室,通过改变风管机出风口位置、耦合出风角度及风量、增加电辅热以及提升风速等方式进行了模拟实验研究,对不同方案下测试房间空间主要区域的温度分布进行了分析,阐明了影响风管机制热舒适性的关键影响因素,得到了风管机制热舒适性提升的最佳改进方案。通过分析不同方案下房间温度的分层情况,得出采用下出风口和耦合出风角度及风量两种方式可以将房间分层温度做到2℃左右,是制热舒适性提升的最佳方案;而增加电辅热和增大风量两种方式虽可以提升房间整体温度,但是对房间温度分层改善很小,且会牺牲机组能效,并不是最优改进方案,在后续的风管机设计时需要注意这些问题,避免设计风险。 The thermal comfort of the air duct mechanism has attracted more and more attention from users.In order to improve the heating comfort,a simulated user laboratory has been established,which can test the temperature of the main area of the room space.The position of air outlet,coupling angle of air outlet and air volume,increase of electric auxiliary heat and increase of wind speed were simulated experimentally.By sorting out the room stratification situation through each test data,it is concluded that the room stratification temperature can be made to about 2℃by using the lower outlet and coupled air outlet angle and air volume.The overall room temperature can be raised by adding electric auxiliary heat and increasing air volume,but t he stratification improvement of room temperature is very small.Attention should be paid to these problems in the subsequent design of the ducte d type air conditioner and avoid design risks.
