柜式空调出风方式对人体舒适性影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 家用空调发展至今,传统的出风方式制冷时冷风直吹,制热时头热脚冷,人体舒适体验较差,已成为行业积弊。以柜式空调为例,采用CFD软件对一款具备上下冷暖出风且已量产的柜式空调,以中国人身高为实验参数,进行制冷和制热温度场模拟计算。通过观察冷风的扫风轨迹曲线图,发现实验柜机不会直吹到人,此外通过仿真空间的制冷垂直温差变化和温度均匀度分析,此柜机能够在30分钟内让室内温度降到舒适温度;同时将该款柜机与传统柜机进行热舒适性实验,通过分析实验数据,验证出上下同时出热风时垂直温差变化更小,整个空间的制热温度均匀度更高。综合仿真结果,上下冷热出风式柜机的制冷、制热舒适度效果最好。 Since the development of household air conditioners,the traditional way of air outlet is that the cold air blows directly when cooling,and the head and feet are cold when heating.The comfort experience of the human body is poor,which has become a criticism of the industry.Taking the cabinet air conditioner as an example,CFD software is used to simulate the cooling and heating temperature field of a cabinet air conditioner with upper and lower cooling and heating air outlets that has been mass produced,taking the height of Chinese people as the experimental object.By observing the sweeping trajectory curve of the cold air,it is found that the experimental cabinet will not directly blow to people.In addition,through the analysis of the vertical temperature difference change and temperature uniformity of the simulation space.This cabinet machine can reduce the indoor temperature to a comfortable temperature within 30 minutes.At the same time,the cabinet machine and the traditional cabinet machine are tested for thermal comfort.Through the analysis of experimental data,it is verified that the vertical temperature difference changes less when hot air is delivered from top to bottom at the same time,and the heating temperature uniformity of the whole space is higher.Comprehensive simulation results show that the upper and lower cold and hot air outlet cabinet air conditioner have the best cooling and heating comfort.
