大数据背景下法学案例教学模式的创新与实践——以东华理工大学为例

法律大数据的广泛应用为法律行业的发展创造了新的时代机遇,同时也对法律人的职业素养提出了更高层次的要求。在我国当前阶段,传统的法学案例教学模式在师资力量、教学思维、教学方法等方面均存在一些不足,已不能适应大数据时代对复合型法律人才的培养要求。我国高校可以通过创新人才培养理念、优化人才培养方案、提升教学师资力量、引入多元化教学方式等手段对传统案例教学模式加以改造,推动法学教育满足信息化时代的新要求,为社会输送兼具理论知识和实践能力的高素质人才。

The wide application of legal big data creates new opportunities for the development of the legal industry,and also puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality of legal people.At the current stage in China,the traditional legal case teaching mode has some deficiencies in terms of teachers,teaching thinking and teaching methods,which can no longer meet the training requirements of compound legal talents in the era of big data.China′s colleges and universities can transform the traditional case teaching mode by innovating the concept of talent training,optimizing the talent training scheme,improving the strength of teaching teachers and introducing diversified teaching methods,so as to promote legal education to meet the new requirements of the information age and transport high-quality talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical ability for the society.
