我国独立学院转设SWOT分析——以江西省为例

China′s Independent Colleges Have Set Up SWOT Analysis——Taking Jiangxi Province as An Example

独立学院的设立对于实现我国高等教育大众化、深化高等教育改革、促进高等教育持续健康发展起着重要的补充作用。2020年,教育部对独立学院提出了“转为民办、转为公办、终止办学”的转设路径。江西省独立学院在转设过程中应与当地经济社会发展紧密结合。文章通过SWOT方法对江西省独立学院在转设中的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行综合分析,并针对在转设过程中出现的各种问题,从转设前、转设中和转设后的角度提出建设性的建议,以期对于目前处于转设阶段的独立学院及利益相关方提供借鉴。

The establishment of independent colleges plays an important supplementary role in realizing the popularization of higher education in China,deepening the reform of higher education,and promoting the sustained and healthy development of higher education.In 2020,the Ministry of Education has proposed a transfer path for independent colleges to"convert to private,to public,and terminate schools",and independent colleges in Jiangxi Province can closely integrate with local economic development in the process of transfer,and actively integrate into local economic and social development.This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of independent colleges in the transfer process through SWOT methods,and puts forward constructive suggestions for the local governments,parent schools,independent colleges and private enterprises of the organizers according to the perspectives before,during and after the transfer,which has a certain reference and promotion effect on the independent colleges and stakeholders who are currently in the transfer stage.
