共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。基本公共服务均等化既是共同富裕的重要组成部分,又是共同富裕的现实有力抓手,还是共同富裕的实践效果表征。“十四五”时期基本公共服务均等化呈现概念明晰化、目标具体化、原则科学化、基础扎实化等新特征,具有高质量发展、数字化、精准化、制度化的新趋势。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新阶段,要不断完善基本公共服务的资源配置机制、供给机制、成本分摊机制和质量保障机制,不断推进基本公共服务均等化,扎实推动共同富裕。

Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese modernization.The equalization of basic public services is not only an integral part of common prosperity,but also a kind of motive force for common prosperity,and a representation of the effect of common prosperity.It presents new features recently,such as clear concepts,specific objectives,scientific principles and solid foundations,thus forming a new trend that emphasizes high quality,digitalization,precision and institutionalization.In the future,we should improve the mechanisms of resource allocation,supply,cost sharing and quality assurance of basic public services,and constantly promoting the equalization of basic public services and solidly promoting common prosperity.
