摘要
近十多年来随着LED照明迅速发展,其光安全受到广泛关注,因此,结合光学与生物安全的研究,国际上制定了一些光生物安全标准。然而,因其是全新领域,正确理解光学并把光学概念正确地应用到光生物安全标准之中却不容易。本文对2009年发布的国际标准IEC/TR 62471-2:2009附录D(资料性附录)“带集成、附加束成形或投光光学件的灯和灯系统”出现的原则性低级错误进行了分析,由于IEC/TR 62471-2:2009被后来的2012年和2014年出台的且作为检测认证所使用非常重要的操作性国际标准IEC TR 62778:2012+2014《应用IEC 62471评估光源和灯具的蓝光危害》列为了参考文献,而IEC TR 62778:2012+2014标准的前提依据也就是IEC/TR 62471-2:2009附录D的错误结论,IEC TR 62778:2012+2014光生物安全标准也出现了原则性错误。
With the LED lighting has developed quickly for more than ten years, photobiological safety is widely concerned. So, according to study deeply on optics and biology, some international standards about photobiological safety had been presented. However, because this is a newly area, it’s something difficulty to understand and correctly put optic concept into photobiological standard. This paper make analyses for some low level principle mistakes of Annex D(informative) in IEC/TR 62471-2: 2009. This international standard was ranked as bibliography by IEC TR 62778:2012+2014, and the mistake conclusion of Annex D(informative) in IEC/TR 62471-2:2009 had become the precondition and principle of the international standard IEC TR 62778:2012+2014 which widely used in actual photobiological safety test and authentication for lamp and lamp system.
