实现光线分布随余弦m次方函数随意变换的光学设计方法

An Optical Design Method to Realize Random Transformation of Ray Distribution with Cosine m Power Function

摘要 本文运用能量守恒定律,以函数I(θ)=I_(0)·cos^(m)θ作为载体工具,建立偏微分方程,求解点光源自由曲面透镜,建立了一套使LED的发光强度呈现余弦的m次方函数分布的方法、达到光型及角度随意变换的目的,可在等光强分布、等亮度分布、等照度分布等的光学设计中得到高效推广应用。最后运用本方法结合实际应用进行了等光强工矿灯透镜及等照度台灯透镜的设计,并取得了良好的效果。 This paper applies the law of conservation of energy and takes the function(I(θ)=I_(0)·cos^(m)θ)as the carrier to establish a partial differential equation, to find a solution for the free-form surface lens of point light source, establishes a set of method to make the luminous intensity distribution of LED showing in m power function of cosine, so as to achieve the purpose of random transformation of light type and angle. It can be widely applied in the design of equal intensity distribution, equal brightness distribution, equal illuminance distribution and so on. Finally, this method is used to design the lens of equal light intensity mining lamp and equal illuminance desk lamp, and good results are obtained.
