响应面法优化类日光光源照度均匀度研究

Optimization of Illuminance Uniformity of Sun-Like Light Source by Response Surface Method

摘要 使用14种单色LED和3种不同色温的白光LED组成类日光光源最优拟合方案,然后利用响应面方法对类日光光源的照度均匀度进行优化。类日光光源优化后参数为:环形阵列半径7 mm、光源到接收面距离145 mm、发光半角37.5°,照度均匀度可达到0.90。 In this paper, 14 kinds of monochrome LED and 3 kinds of white LED with different color temperature are used to construct a sun-like spectrum optimal fitting scheme, and then response surface method is used to optimize the illuminance uniformity of sun-like light source. The optimized parameters of the sun-like light source are as follows: radius of circular array is 7 mm, distance from light source to receiving surface is 145 mm, luminous half angle is 37.5°, and illuminance uniformity can reach 0.90.
