摘要
史诗电影是一种以宏大的视听场面、宏阔的历史视野、塑造崇高的英雄形象、反映非凡的历史事件的电影类型,但学界一直存在广义和狭义的混用。新中国的战争史诗片因为“人民美学”的英雄观而进行了英雄平民化和集体化的改写,随着对领袖与人民辩证关系认识的深化,也出现了以领袖人物为英雄主人公的另一个向度的探索。当前,中国战争史诗电影只有处理好人民英雄观与电影艺术规律的关系、协调好历史与诗性的结合、避免宏大视听对历史品格的遮蔽,才能创作出无愧于时代的历史史诗。
Epic film is a style of filmmaking focusing on noble heroic characters, extraordinary historical events with large-scale, sweeping scope, and spectacle. However, in academia, the epic film in the broad sense has been confused with that in the narrow sense. Guided by the people’s aesthetics, heroes in war epic films in the People’s Republic of China have tended to be ordinary people or collectives. With a deepened understanding of the dialectical relationship between the leaders and the people, a new approach to centering on the leaders as heroes have been explored. In the current stage, Chinese war epic filmmakers can produce worthy historical epics only with a proper understanding of the relation between the people-center heroism and the law of film art, coordination between history and poetics, and an effort to avoid the concealment of authentic history by the grand spectacle.
