Recommendations on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

中小企业是国民经济和社会发展的生力军,近年来国家及地方政府密集出台了一系列帮助中小企业纾困解难的政策措施,形成政策合力有力促进中小企业平稳健康发展。但由于其先天的弱势以及疫情风险和国际风险因素的叠加,中小企业面临巨大发展压力。该文建议持之以恒、下大力气,运用市场化、法治化手段营造良好发展环境,增强中小企业发展信心,夯实经济发展尤其是实体经济基础。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the new force of national economic and social development. In recent years, the national and local governments have issued a series of policies and measures to help small and medium-sized enterprises out of difficulties, forming a policy synergy to effectively promote the steady and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However, due to their inherent weakness and the combination of epidemic risk and international risk factors, they are facing huge development pressure.This paper suggests continuing to make great efforts to create a good development environment by means of marketization and rule of law, so as to enhance the confidence of small and medium-sized enterprises, which consolidates the foundation of economic development, especially the real economy.
