摘要
某垃圾填埋场建于20世纪80年代,占地395亩。由于受当时经济、技术等条件限制,该填埋场存在诸多缺陷,给周围环境造成了较大影响,管理部门拟将其作为环境治理重点项目进行封场和生态修复治理。本文依据场地工程地质条件,结合垃圾堆体现状,按照堆体整形技术要求,对垃圾堆体进行整形设计,并对整形后的堆体稳定性进行分析计算,主要结论包括:(1)整体封场后垃圾堆体边坡在正常运行条件下和高水位、地震等非常运行条件下均满足整体稳定性的安全要求。(2)考虑垃圾填埋场的实际情况,建议采取渗沥液导排措施处理,以提高垃圾堆体的长久安全稳定性。本结论可供该垃圾填埋场后期建设决策使用,也可为其他类似工程提供参考。
A landfill was built in the 1980 s and covers an area of 395 mu.Due to the limitations of the economy and technology at that time, the landfill has many defects, which has caused a great impact on the surrounding environment. The management department plans to take it as a key project of environmental governance for closure and ecological restoration.In this paper, according to the engineering geological conditions of the site, combined with the current situation of the garbage heap, and in accordance with the technical requirements of heap shaping, the shape design of the garbage heap is carried out, and the stability of the shaped heap is analyzed and calculated.The main conclusions include:(1) After the overall closure, the slope of the garbage dump meets the safety requirements of overall stability under normal operating conditions and under abnormal operating conditions such as high-water level and earthquake.(2) Considering the actual situation of the landfill, it is recommended to take leachate diversion measures to improve the long-term safety and stability of the garbage heap.This conclusion can be used for the later construction decision of the landfill, and can also provide reference for other similar projects.
