The Path to Integration of Science and Humanities in Narrative Medicine

摘要 叙事医学通过理念变革、职前职后培养具有医学科学知识和医学人文素养的复合型人才,在临床诊疗上推行关注、倾听、共情、平衡病历、反思、共同决策等实践操作,已成为改善医患关系、提高患者依从性和医疗效果、提升医生职业认同感和成就感、减少职业倦怠的重要力量,有效避免了科学主义至上的询证医学模式“只见疾病不见人”“只问证据不问感受”的诟病,必将成为全新的科学与人文并重的诊疗主导模式;同时兼备形而上和形而下的特色,超越了以往融合路径的不足,必将成为探究科学与人文融合的新路径和新典范。 Through changing concepts,cultivating the compound talents who have medical science knowledge and medical humanities via pre-employment and post-employment trainings,and implementing practical operations such as focusing attention,listening,empathy,parallel medical records,reflection,and joint decision-making in clinical diagnosis and treatment,narrative medicine has become an important improvement power in affecting the relationship between doctors and patients,improving patient compliance and medical treatment effects,enhancing doctors’ professional self-identity and sense of accomplishment,and reducing job burnout,thus effectively avoiding the criticism towards the evidence-based medicine model which places scientism in the priority,for example:“only seeing diseases but not patients” and “just obtaining evidence but not asking feelings”,etc.Therefore,narrative medicine will surely become a new leading model of diagnosis and treatment that combines science and humanities.On the other hand,as it has both metaphysical and physical characteristics,narrative medicine will certainly surpass the shortcomings of the previous integration path,and will surely become a new path and paradigm to explore the integration of science and humanities.
