摘要 在航天飞行期间,航天员因处于失重环境而引起体内环境稳态的失衡,导致系统功能紊乱,威胁航天员的身体健康和安全。本文介绍了由于失重导致的骨质丢失、肌肉萎缩、心血管系统、消化系统等方面的疾病及影响机制,分析了失重环境下的药物动力学,总结了用于防治因失重而引起疾病的药物,并阐述了其作用的现象及机制,提出了中医药在航天领域有广阔的应用前景。研究安全高效的太空药物,为航天疾病药物的进一步研究和发展提供参考和依据。 During the space flight, astronauts are in a weightless environment, which causes homeostatic imbalance and system dysfunction and threatens the health and safety of astronauts. This paper introduces bone loss, muscle atrophy, and diseases of cardiovascular system and digestive system due to weightlessness and their influencing mechanisms, analyzes the pharmacokinetics in weightless environment, summarizes the drugs used to prevent and treat diseases caused by weightlessness, and expounds their phenomena and mechanisms. It is proposed that traditional Chinese medicine has a broad application prospect in the field of aerospace. Studying safe and efficient space drugs helps provide reference and basis for further research and development of the curative effect of space diseases.
