摘要 为了解决远程设备与云平台之间的数据交互及远程监控的问题,文中设计一种基于MQTT协议的智能网关。该智能网关以单片机STM32F407和4G模块EC20为核心,使用网关的RS 485接口获取设备端的ModBus数据;通过MQTT协议将数据经4G模块上传到云平台,并能够将云平台下发的控制指令转发给设备端,实现远程设备与云平台之间的数据交互;同时用户可以通过PC网页监测设备的运行信息。采用MQTT协议作为网关与云平台之间的通信,ModBus协议作为设备与网关之间的通信,通过两种协议的结合能够提高数据传输的效率,节省网络流量,并且为低带宽以及不稳定网络环境中的远程设备提供稳定的网络服务。经测试,基于MQTT协议的智能网关网络通信稳定可靠,具有很好的应用前景。 An intelligent gateway based on MQTT protocol is designed to realize remote monitoring and data interaction between remote devices and cloud platform. In the intelligent gateway,the STM32F407 and 4G module EC20 are taken as the core,RS 485 interface of the gateway is used to obtain the ModBus data on the device side,and the data is uploaded to the cloud platform by means of MQTT protocol and the 4G module,and the control instructions issued by the cloud platform are transmitted to the device side to realize the data interaction between the remote devices and the cloud platform. The users can also monitor the operation information of the device on the PC web page. MQTT protocol is used as the communication between the gateway and cloud platform,and ModBus protocol is used as the communication between devices and the gateway. The combination of the two protocols can improve the efficiency of data transmission,save network traffic,and provide stable network services for remote devices in low bandwidth and unstable network environment. The testing results show that the intelligent gateway based on MQTT protocol has stable and reliable network communication,and has an excellent application prospect.
