Status and Hotspot Analysis of Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products Supply Chain

在农产品供应链中,质量安全是首要的保障。为了解近些年农产品供应链的质量安全领域发展趋势的情况,以CNKI中国知网数据库为例,利用citespace可视化软件、Bicomb书目共现分析系统对有关农产品供应链的质量安全的文献进行统计分析,引入RFM模型对农产品供应链的质量安全领域进行价值细分,根据巴莱多定律和K-means聚类算法得到该领域的热点主题。研究表明,供应链、区块链、电子商务、食品安全、协同机制、监管体系、优化等主题为该领域研究的热点,如何保质保量地把控农产品的来源及规避农产品供应链的质量安全风险是未来的研究趋势。

In the supply chain of agricultural products, quality and safety is the primary guarantee. In order to understand the development trend in the field of quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain in recent years, taking CNKI database as an example, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the literature on the quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain by using citespace visualization software and Bicomb bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system, introduces RFM model to subdivide the value of the field of quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain, and obtains the hot topics in this field according to Baledo’s law and K-means clustering algorithm.The research shows that supply chain, block chain, e-commerce, food safety,coordination mechanism,supervision system and optimization are the hot topics in this field.How to control the source of agricultural products and avoid the quality and safety risks of agricultural products supply chain is the future research trend.
