履带自走式升降作业平台的结构原理与性能检测

摘要 根据广东省丘陵山区果园的采收方式和现状,为解决丘陵山区果园中的果实采摘、肥料和果实的运输、果树修剪等作业环节劳动强度大的问题,研制了一种履带自走式升降作业平台,该工作平台具有侧倾角度可调平功能,举升重量大,底盘重心较低,升降过程平顺可靠,适用于丘陵山区的果园作业。该机不仅可用于果园的果实采摘、运输作业,还可以作为喷药、施肥等管理类作业功能的基础载体,具有操作简单、通过能力强等优点,对于提升果园机械化水平具有重要意义。 According to the harvesting method and current situation of orchards in hilly and mountainous areas of Guangdong Province, in order to solve the labor-intensive problems of fruit picking, fertilizer and fruit transportation, fruit tree pruning and other operations in hilly and mountainous orchards, a crawler self-propelled lifting platform was developed. The working platform has the function of leveling the roll angle, the lifting weight is large, the center of gravity of the chassis is low, the lifting process is smooth and reliable, and it is suitable for orchard operations in hilly and mountainous areas. This machine can not only be used for fruit picking and transportation in orchards, and it also can be used as a basic carrier for management functions such as spraying and fertilizing. It has the advantages of simple operation and strong passing ability, which possess great significance for improving the mechanization level of orchards.
