基于CiteSpace的植物功能群研究进展与热点分析

摘要 【目的】全面客观地反映国内外植物功能群研究的发展趋势,指出未来研究的热点和方向。【方法】收集了Web of Science(WoS)核心合集数据库以及中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库中2012—2021年间以植物功能群为主题发表的相关文献共1759篇,利用WoS和CNKI自带的检索分析工具和文献计量学软件CiteSpace进行可视化文献计量学分析。【结果】结果表明:1)植物功能群的发文量在WoS数据库中呈波动上升趋势,而在CNKI数据库中则表现出平缓的周期性波动变化。WoS数据库与CNKI数据库的发文量存在较强的负相关;美国、中国和德国是推动该研究领域发展的主要国家;该领域研究成果多数发表在生态学期刊上。2)主要发文机构有中国科学院、马克斯普朗克生物地球化学研究所、赫尔辛基大学、德国综合生物多样性研究中心等研究机构,且在发文量TOP10的科研机构中,所属中国的研究机构就占有3家;3)研究方向主要集中在植物功能群研究方法、植物功能性状、植物功能群的影响因素以及植物功能群的多样性。从高频词汇分析中可看出,国际上注重植物功能群的多样性、植物功能群的影响因素以及物种丰富度等方面的研究,而国内研究集中在浮游植物功能群、植物功能群的群落结构以及环境影响因素等方面。从突现强度和时间来看,“land”、“functional type”、“consequence”、“vegetation dynamics”、“land cover”是WoS数据库中持续时间最长的研究热点领域。【结论】植物功能群在陆地生态系统功能与过程中的响应机制、土地退化及全球极端气候频发对植物功能群的影响过程以及基于植物功能群生态系统功能提升技术的研究,有望持续或相互融合成为未来新的研究趋势。 【Objective】In order to comprehensively and objectively presents the research status and trend of plant functional groups at home and abroad.【Method】this study collected a total of 1759 articles focusing on plant functional groups during the period of 2012-2021 from the core databases included in Web of Science(WoS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and conducted a visual bibliometrics analysis using the retrieval and analysis tools of WoS and CNKI and CiteSpace software.【Result】The results showed that:1)Number of publications of plant functional groups indicated a fluctuated with an increasing trend in the WoS database,while a gentle periodic fluctuation was found in the CNKI database.Simultaneously,there was a strong negative correlation between article number of WoS database and CNKI database.The countries contributed to most of these papers are mainly the United States,China,and Germany.The primarily researches have been published in the field of ecology journals.2)The top institutes included Chinese Academy of Sciences,Max Planck Institute for BioGeochemistry,University of Helsinki,German Center for Integrated Biodiversity Research and other research institutions.There are 3 Chinese institutions among the globe top 10 research institutions.3)The main direction of plant functional groups research mainly focus on the research methods of plant functional groups,plant functional traits,influence factors and diversity of plant functional groups.The analysis of high-frequency words suggest that the international research mainly focused on the diversity and influence factors of plant functional groups as well as the species richness,while the domestic research mainly focused on the phytoplankton functional groups,the environmental factors and community structure of plant functional groups.According to term intensity and time emergence,the themes including"land","functional type","consequence","vegetation dynamics"and"land cover"are the hottest topics in the WoS database.【Conclusion】These hotspots including response mechanism of plant functional group to terrestrial ecosystem function and process,effect of land use and frequent global extreme climate on the plant functional group,and ecosystem function and service improvement based on plant functional group are expected to continue or merge with each other and are projected to become a new direction of plant functional groups research in the future.
