摘要
某铸管综合料场封闭工程为两跨连续布置结构体系,中间布置Y形柱作为支撑,两跨总跨度达到330 m。与常规屋盖滑移施工不同,本项目经综合比选后采用带Y形中柱累积滑移的施工方案,对此施工方案进行了详细介绍,结合计算结果对结构局部位置进行了加强设计,以保证结构体系在滑移全过程的施工安全。同时,滑移施工过程中也对结构关键变形和应力进行了施工监测。结果表明,对于带中部支撑柱的空间结构体系,带柱滑移施工效率高,可供同类型工程施工参考。
The closed project of a casting pipe comprehensive stockyard is a two-span continuous structure system, with a Y-shaped column in the middle as a support, and the total span of the two spans reaches 330 meters. Different from the conventional roof slippage construction, this project adopts the construction scheme of cumulative slippage with Y-shaped central column after comprehensive comparison and selection. This paper introduces this construction scheme in detail, including the overall design of the construction scheme, the slippage construction Simulation calculation, construction technology and node design, etc., combined with the calculation results, strengthen the design of the local position of the structure to ensure the construction safety of the structural system in the whole process of sliding. At the same time, the key deformation and stress of the structure were also monitored during the sliding construction. The results of the project implementation show that for the spatial structure system with the central support column, the construction efficiency of column slippage is high, which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
