抛物线型大直径PE拉索施工控制技术

摘要 合肥滨湖国际会展中心屋盖为144 m大跨度预应力张弦桁架结构,上部为倒三角钢结构体系,下部由15道撑杆与1道218 mm半平行PE拉索组成。拉索张拉时遵循分级张拉、应力应变双控的方法完成大跨度半平行PE拉索的施工。分别从张拉原则及顺序、带撑杆张拉计算模拟及应力应变双控张拉进行设计研究,并将拉索索力监测值与有限元计算数值进行对比分析,数值模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,对同类工程施工具有一定的指导作用。 The roof of Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center is a 144 m long-span prestressed string truss structure. The upper part is an inverted triangular steel structure system, and the lower part is composed of 15 struts and a 218mm semi-parallel PE cable. During tension, the construction of long-span semi-parallel PE cable is completed by the method of graded tension and stress-strain double control. In this paper, the tension principle and sequence, the tension calculation simulation with brace and the stress-strain double control tension are designed and studied respectively, and the cable force monitoring value is compared with the finite element calculation value.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results. At present, the main structure of the project has been successfully completed, and the construction process is safe and reliable. This technical measure can be used as a reference for similar projects.
