中国式现代化视域下的现代产业体系构建研究

Research on Construction of Modern Industrial System from Perspective of Chinese-style Modernization

随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的深入推进,中国式现代化为人类实现现代化提供了新的选择。我国已处于全面建设社会主义现代化国家开局起步的关键时期,构建和夯实符合中国式现代化要求的现代产业体系,对建成社会主义现代化国家具有重要意义和作用。根据我国“十三五”时期产业发展的情况,我国现代产业体系建设还面临着产业发展市场需求不足、要素供给错配低效、配套制度政策不完善的挑战和问题。面对时代变革与转型发展的重要机遇期,应积极应对内外环境对我国产业发展和现代产业体系构建带来的重重挑战,加快构建以促消费、增服务、强生态为目标,以创新驱动、要素适配、数字转型为途径,以竞争性、功能性、协同性产业政策为手段的现代产业体系,切实推进中国式现代化建设。

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the socialist modernization, Chinese-style modernization provides a new choice for mankind to realize modernization. China is in the critical period of the beginning of the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country, and building and consolidating a modern industrial system that meets the requirements of Chinese-style modernization is of great significance and plays a major role in building a modern socialist country. According to the industrial development during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the construction of China’s modern industrial system is still faced with the challenges and problems of insufficient market demand for industrial development, inefficient mismatch of factors supply, and imperfect supporting systems and policies. Facing the important opportunity period of era change and transformation development, we should actively respond to the many challenges brought by the internal and external environment to China’s industrial development and modern industrial system construction, and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with the goal of promoting consumption,increasing services, and strengthening the ecology, with the path of innovation driving, factor adaptation, and digital transformation, and with the means of competitive, functional and collaborative industrial policies to accelerate the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
