摘要
本研究对新疆阿克苏地区307位幼儿园教师的职业素养现状与职业发展需求进行调查,并基于阿克苏地区实际,提出构建以需求为轴心的幼儿园教师职业素养提升培训体系,包括多轨制错落型的培训模式、整体优化的引领机制和多元、均衡、有效的评价机制,以促进阿克苏地区幼儿园教师“高质量、全覆盖、全应候”职业培训体系建设目标的达成。
This study is themed with the current situation of professionalism and career development for 307 kindergarten teachers in Aksu,Xinjiang.Based on the actual situation in Aksu,this study proposes to build a teacher-centred professional development system,including a multi-track training model,an overall optimized leading mechanism,as well as a diversified,balanced and effective evaluation mechanism,to promote all-round vocational training system in high-quality and of full coverage forkindergarten teachers in Aksu.
