摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用Extend-C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱和PDA检测器,在210 nm波长下对供试物中的赤霉酸进行分离和定量分析。结果表明该分析方法的线性相关系数R^(2)为0.999,标准偏差为0.08%,变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为99.32%。该检测方法方便、快速,分离效果好,线性关系、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于原药或制剂中赤霉酸的定量分析。
The separation and quantitative analysis of gibberellic acid samples were conducted by HPLC and PDA detector at 210 nm with the mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid aqueous solution and Extend-C_(18)column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of this analysis method was 0.999,the standard deviation was 0.08%,the coefficients of variation was 0.42%,and the average recoveries was 99.32%.This method has the advantages of simple,rapid,and good separation effect,the linear relations,accuracy,and precision can meet the requirement,it is suitable for quantitative analysis of gibberellic acid in technical material and preparation.
