基于CIPP模型的地方高校创新创业教育质量评价研究

Quality Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Local Colleges and Universities Based on CIPP Model

对地方高校创新创业教育质量进行评价,有利于促进高校创新创业教育迈向高质量发展阶段。以CIPP模型为理论框架,构建了创新创业教育质量评价指标体系并开发调查问卷,通过对地方高校大学生的网络调查,发现地方高校创新创业教育质量总体处于中等偏上水平,但存在短板。不同年级学生对地方高校创新创业教育质量的评价存在显著差异,创新创业教育的环境基础、资源投入和教育过程影响教育成效,但程度不同。应通过“补短板”“强过程”“增成效”促进创新创业教育高质量发展。

Evaluating the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities is conducive to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education to a high-quality development stage. Taking the CIPP model as the theoretical framework, this paper constructs an evaluation index system and develops a questionnaire. Through the network survey of local college students, it is found that the overall quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities is above the average level, but there are shortcomings, that is, there are significant differences in the evaluation of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education by students of different grades, and the environmental basis, resource investment and educational process of innovation and entrepreneurship education affect the educational effect, but to different degrees. We should improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education through “making up for weaknesses”, “strengthening the process” and “increasing effectiveness”.
