可吸收透明质酸止血材料对犬子宫出血模型的止血效果及其体内降解特性 被引量:1

摘要 为了考察可吸收透明质酸止血材料的止血作用及降解特性,本试验将18只比格犬随机分为供试品组、市售对照品组(外科术中止血装置)和纱布对照组,通过比格犬子宫出血模型,利用止血时间、出血量和止血效果评分评价可吸收透明质酸止血材料(供试品组)的止血作用,并与纱布对照组和市售对照品组进行比较;并于术后7 d时,分析供试品和市售对照品在犬体内的组织相容性和降解情况。结果显示,与纱布对照组比较,供试品组的出血时间极显著缩短(P<0.01),出血量显著减少(P<0.05),术中止血效果评分极显著提高(P<0.01);与市售对照品组比较,二者止血效果相当,供试品在止血时间、出血量、材料用量和术中止血效果评分等方面具有一定优势。术后7 d,各组动物的子宫与周围组织均无粘连,手术划伤处愈合良好,供试品组与市售对照品组肉眼观察均未见样品残留,各组比格犬子宫外膜结构正常,未见变性、坏死、炎细胞浸润等组织病理学变化,各组在显微镜下均未观察到血栓、样品残留和异物组织。本试验结果表明,可吸收透明质酸止血材料对盆腔子宫出血创面具有优良的止血作用,不增加感染概率,不影响组织愈合,降解性能良好,是一种较安全的止血材料。 To assess the hemostatic effect and degradable property of absorbable hyaluronic acid hemostatic material, this study randomly divided 18 beagles into test group, commercial control group(surgical hemostatic device) and gauze control group according to their weight, through beagle dogs uterine bleeding model, utilized hemostatic time, bleeding volume and hemostatic effect score to evaluate the hemostatic effect of absorbable hyaluronic acid hemostatic material(test group), and compared with the commercial control group and gauze control group. The histocompatibility and degradation of the test product and the commercial control product in dogs were analyzed 7 days after operation. The results showed that the test group significantly shortened the bleeding time(P<0.01), reduced the amount of bleeding(P<0.05), and significantly improved the intraoperative hemostatic effect(P<0.01) in comparison with the gauze control group. The hemostatic effect of the test group was almost the same with the commercial control group, and had certain advantages in hemostatic time, bleeding volume, sample dosage and intraoperative hemostatic effect. 7 days after operation, no adhesion existed between the uterus and surrounding tissues of animals in each group, and the surgical scratch healed well;no sample residue was found in the test group and the commercial control group by naked eye observation;the perimetrium of beagles in each group was normal, and no histopathological changes such as degeneration, necrosis, and inflammatory cell infiltration were found;no thrombus, sample residue, and foreign body tissue were observed under the microscope in the three test groups. Thus, the hemostatic material has excellent hemostatic effect on pelvic uterine bleeding wound, does not increase the risk of infection, does not affect tissue healing, has good degradation performance, and is a safe hemostatic material.
