摘要 使用高效电机并使电机高效运行,具有很大的节能潜力及环保意义。通过在工业产线相同工位上分别安装IE2和IE3电机,并跟踪监控工况相同条件下的不同能效工业电机的用电量,从而确定了超高效电机的节能实际效果;实验发现更高能效等级的IE3电机较IE2可节能20%左右。同时文章分析了不同工况电机的节能情况,为超高效工业电机的推广运用提供参考。 It is of great potential in energy saving and environmental protection to use high efficiency motor and make it run efficiently.In this paper,the actual energy-saving effect of ultra-high-efficiency motors is detecteded by installing IE2 and IE3 motors at the same workstations in the industrial production line,and then tracking and monitoring the power consumption of different energy-efficiency industrial motors under the same work conditions.Experiments show that IE3 motors with higher energy efficiency levels can save about 20%energy comparing with IE2.At the same time,the article analyzes the energy-saving of motors under different working conditions to provide reference for the promotion and application of ultra-high efficiency industrial motors.
