政党是现代政治的产物,也是政治现代化的动力。中国共产党研究应立足中国问题展开。从中国的历史、国情出发,从中国国家发展和人民期待的目标来看,中国共产党是一个艰苦奋斗实现国家再造的政党,是一个与时俱进不断探索国家现代化道路的政党。在国家危亡阶段,中国共产党是革命主力军和国家缔造者;在国家发展阶段,中国共产党是国家建设者和国家治理现代化推进者。建党百年来,中国共产党始终是中国国家现代化的推动力量和领导力量,其使命感和忧患意识,则是它领导和推进国家现代化的动力源泉。

Political party is the product of modern politics and the driving force of political modernization.The study of the Communist Party of China(CPC)should avoid labeling and conceptualization,and explain its role based on China’s realities.From the perspective of China’s development history and the people’s expectations,CPC is not only a political party that has worked hard to achieve state reconstruction,but also a political party that keeps pace with the times and continuously explores China’s path to modernization.In the stage when the nation is in peril,CPC is the main force of the revolution and the founder of the People’s Republic of China;in the stage of development,CPC is the builder of the country and the promoter of the modernization of state governance.CPC has always been the driving force and leading force for China’s modernization since its inception a century ago.The sense of mission and the consciousness of suffering are the motivations for CPC to lead and advance China’s modernization.
