河南省医学教育建立供需平衡机制的策略研究

Study on the strategy of establishing supply-demand balance mechanism in medical education in Henan Province

应用河南省医学教育统计信息平台数据,本文对2021年河南省医学教育招生数量、层次结构、专业结构与卫生技术人才需求适应情况进行了对比分析,发现河南省医学教育中存在着供需不平衡、专业趋同性、单点规模大、教育质量差、毕业生外流等问题,提出了建立供需平衡机制的实施策略,经过教育与卫生健康行政部门协同实施,取得了初步的成效。

Based on the data of Henan Medical Education Statistics Information Platform, this paper made a comparative analysis of the number of medical education enrollment, hierarchical structure, professional structure and the adaptation of health technology talents in Henan Province in 2021. It pointed out that there were some problems in medical education in Henan Province, such as unbalanced supply and demand, professional convergence, large single point scale, poor education quality, and outflow of graduates. It also put forward the implementation strategy of establishing a supply and demand balance mechanism, through the coordinated implementation of the education and health administrative departments, preliminary results had been achieved.
