摘要
目的通过将新时代医者精神融入高级健康评估课程教学,对护理学专业硕士研究生进行课程思政教育,探讨护理学专业硕士研究生高级健康评估课程思政的教学效果。方法选取贵州省某全日制普通高校2021级护理学专业46名硕士研究生(以下简称研究生)为研究对象,采用案例故事和教师点评等多样化教学方式,将思政元素与专业知识有机融合,开展高级健康评估课程教学。课程结束后进行问卷调查,了解研究生对新时代医者精神融入高级健康评估课程教学效果的评价。结果调查结果显示,专业课程不同思政教育方式对研究生价值观影响的比较,其差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.982,P=0.001)。绝大多数研究生倾向于选择案例故事(93.5%,43/46)和教师点评(78.3%,36/46)的教学方式。提高专业课程思政教育质量和效果应当采取的不同措施的选择比较,其差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=58.951,P<0.01)。大多数研究生不仅偏爱选择增加案例故事(78.3%,36/46)、增强师生互动(52.2%,24/46)和增强课堂讨论(56.5%,26/46);同时,在增加实践教学环节(71.7%,33/46)、解读课程相关问题(56.5%,26/46)、理论联系实际,解答学生内心关注的重点、难点和热点问题(84.8%,39/46)等方面,也是研究生关注的重点。结论将新时代医者精神融入研究生高级健康评估课程思政教育中,采用案例故事和教师点评等多样化教学方式,有助于加强研究生专业能力和品德修养,丰富课程思政教学内容,有效实施德育渗透,提高研究生思政素养的教学效果。在教学过程中,教师需要重视增加案例故事、实践教学环节、解读课程相关问题、师生互动和课堂讨论;同时,教师还需要解答研究生内心关注的重点、难点和热点问题。通过提高专业课程思政教育质量,以更好地达到价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养的育人理念,最终实现护理学专业硕士研究生的全面发展。
Objective By integrating the spirit of doctors in the new era into the teaching of advanced health assessment course and educating master’s degree students in nursing on course thinking,exploring the teaching effect of advanced health assessment course thinking for master’s degree students in nursing.Methods Forty-six master’s degree students(hereafter referred to as graduate)in nursing in a full-time general university in Guizhou Province,class 2021,were selected for the study.Diversified teaching methods such as case stories and teacher comments were adopted to organically integrate ideological and political elements with professional knowledge.After the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the graduate students’evaluation of the teaching effect of the integration of medical spirit into advanced health assessment course in the new era.Results The survey results showed that the difference between different methods of civic education on values in professional courses was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.982,P=0.001).The vast majority of graduate students preferred case stories(93.5%,43/46)and teacher reviews(78.3%,36/46).The difference was statistically significant when comparing different measures that should be taken to improve the quality and effectiveness of civic education in professional courses(χ^(2)=58.951,P<0.01).Most of the graduate students not only preferred to choose increasing case stories(78.3%,36/46),enhancing teacher-student interaction(52.2%,24/46),and enhancing classroom discussions(56.5%,26/46);at the same time,they were more interested in increasing practical sessions(71.7%,33/46),interpreting course-related issues(56.5%,26/46),connecting theory with practice,and answering students’key,difficult and hot issues of internal concern(84.8%,39/46)are also the focus of graduate students.Conclusions Integrating the medical spirit of the new era into the ideological and political education of graduate advanced health assessment course and adopting diversified teaching methods such as case stories and teacher comments will help to strengthen graduate students’professional ability and moral cultivation,enrich the ideological and political teaching content of the course,effectively implement the penetration of moral education and improve the teaching effect of graduate students’ideological and political literacy.In addition,in the teaching process,teachers need to pay attention to increasing case stories,practical sessions,interpreting course-related issues,enhancing teacher-student interaction,and enhancing classroom discussions;meanwhile,they need to answer the key,difficult and hot issues of graduate students’inner concerns.By improving the quality of civic and political education of professional courses,in order to better achieve the nurturing concept of value shaping,knowledge transfer and ability cultivation,comprehensive development of nursing master’s degree education are finally realized.
