基于用户体验的视觉引导式呼吸训练器设计

摘要 呼吸训练是证实为有效可促进肺康复的训练方式,呼吸训练器作为该训练的医疗辅助器材,可有效帮助患者训练。通过对用户体验深入分析,了解到缺乏引导、得不到训练效果及时反馈,是患者难以长期坚持呼吸训练的原因,据此设计了一款视觉引导式呼吸训练器和手机端App组成的医疗辅助产品。App可为患者制定个性化的训练方案和将训练数据可视化,呼吸灯引导患者更加高效地自主进行呼吸训练,让呼吸训练更加科学高效。 Respiratory training is proved to be an effective training method to promote lung rehabilitation. Respiratory training device, as the medical auxiliary equipment of this training, can effectively help patients to train. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the user experience and concludes that the lack of guidance and timely feedback of the training effect is the reason why it is difficult for patients to adhere to respiratory training for a long time. Accordingly, a medical auxiliary product composed of visual guided breathing training device and mobile phone Apps is designed. Apps can develop personalized training programs for patients and visualize the training data. Breathing lights guide patients to carry out more efficient and independent breathing training, making breathing training more scientific and efficient.
