摘要
根据某型飞机起落架油气分离式缓冲器的结构特征、工作原理及性能特点,应用计算流体力学、液压与气压传动知识和动力学方程,对油气分离式缓冲器起落架落震进行动力学建模,研究油气分离式缓冲器起落架的缓冲特性,并通过与落震试验结果进行对比,验证该文理论模型的正确性和有效性。该数值方法可有效仿真计算起落架的缓冲性能,帮助确定缓冲器关键设计参数,从而提高缓冲器设计效率,推进起落架研制进程。
Based on the structural characteristics, working principle and performance characteristics of a certain type of aircraft landing gear oil-gas separation buffer, applying computational fluid dynamics, hydraulic and pneumatic transmission knowledge and dynamic equations, the dynamic construction of the landing gear shock of the oil-gas separation buffer is carried out. The damping characteristics of the landing gear of the oil-gas separation buffer are studied, and the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical model in this paper are verified by comparing with the results of the drop-shock test.The numerical method can effectively simulate and calculate the cushioning performance of the landing gear, and help determine the key design parameters of the cushion, thereby improving the design efficiency of the cushion and advancing the development process of the landing gear.
