BIM技术在装配式建筑中的组织实施

装配式建筑满足国家建筑产业化和节能减排的政策要求,促进我国城市化建设的全面发展。BIM技术的发展应用,可以有效完善建筑业的设计和施工过程,促进参与单位之间的信息交流,实现建筑施工管理过程的规范化。为推动BIM与装配式建筑的融合,全面提升装配式建筑的管理水平,必须明确BIM在装配式建筑中的组织实施。该文总结BIM团队的组建、BIM团队的组织结构、职责分工、应用方案,对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的组织实施具有一定的指导意义。

Fabricated buildings meet the national policy requirements for building industrialization and energy conservation and emission reduction, and promote the comprehensive development of China’s urbanization. The development and application of BIM technology can effectively improve the design and construction process of the construction industry,promote the information exchange between participating units, and realize the standardization of the construction management process. In order to promote the integration of BIM and prefabricated buildings and comprehensively improve the management level of prefabricated buildings, it is necessary to clarify the organization and implementation of BIM in prefabricated buildings. This paper summarizes the establishment of BIM team, the organizational structure, division of responsibilities and application scheme of BIM team, which has a certain guiding significance for the organization and implementation of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
