上海内河集装箱河海直达运输发展研究

Study on the Development of Shanghai Container Direct Transport Between River and Sea

河海直达是一种便捷高效、绿色经济的运输方式,推进河海直达运输发展是深化交通运输供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。文章系统梳理了集装箱河海直达发展现状,深入分析了河海直达运输必要性及效益效果,主要研究结果表明:打通大芦线东延伸集装箱河海直达运输通道,河海直达运输航线将得到完善和升级,在显著提升运输经济优势的同时,对优化洋山深水港区集疏运系统、支撑上海国际航运中心建设、实现长三角一体化高标准高质量互联互通、促进集装箱运输“公转水”、完善临区域综合交通体系等方面均具有十分重要的作用。

Direct transport between river and sea is a convenient,efficient and green mode.Promoting the development of this mode is an important part of deepening the supply-side structural reform of transport structure.This paper systematically reviews the development status of container direct transport between river and sea,and deeply analyzes the necessity and benefits about the mode of transport.The main evaluation results show that direct transport between river and sea transport routes’advantages will be improved and upgraded in the situation of dredging the east side of Dalu Line waterway.After that,the east side of Dalu Line waterway will play a very important role in optimizing the collection and distribution system of Yangshan Deepwater Port,supporting the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center,realizing high-standard interconnection in the Yangtze River Delta region,promoting the transfer of container transportation to waterways,and improving the comprehensive transportation system of the Lin-gang Special Area.
