建设新城市战略下昆山交通拥堵综合治理研究

Research on Comprehensive Management of Traffic Congestion in Kunshan under the Strategy of Building a New City

在昆山建设新城市战略背景下,结合现状城市布局与交通运行特点,从机动车保有量、城市结构、路网布局及交通管理等方面系统性分析了交通拥堵产生的原因。考虑昆山区位及社会经济特点,预测昆山未来客运及货运交通需求发展呈现继续增长的趋势,分析了建设新城市对交通发展的要求及对交通出行特征的影响。综合借鉴国内外先进地区应对交通拥堵的成功做法,针对性地提出从优化城市规划布局、建设多网融合轨道交通、完善立体道路网络、构建有吸引力的慢行交通体系、提升常规公交服务品质及智慧化、精细化交通管理等方面采取系统性综合治理措施,是未来解决交通拥堵,支撑昆山大城市建设的必由之路。

Under the strategy of building a new city in Kunshan,combined with the characteristics of current urban layout and traffic operation,the causes of traffic congestion are systematically analyzed from the aspects of motor vehicle ownership,urban structure,road network layout and traffic management.Considering the location and socio-economic characteristics of Kunshan,it is predicted that the development of demand for passenger and freight traffic in Kunshan will continue to increase in the future;besides,the requirements of building a new city on traffic development and its influence on traffic travel characteristics are analyzed.Comprehensively learn from the successful practices of advanced areas at home and abroad to deal with traffic congestion,and propose systematically comprehensive management measures from urban planning,multi-network integrated rail transit,three-dimensional road network,attractive slow traffic system,public transportation,intelligent and refined traffic management,etc.,is the future solution to traffic congestion and the only way to support the construction of a big city in Kunshan.
