摘要
国内外在关于高铁新城的量化评价研究中已有大量成果,国外研究成果相对成熟但并不适用于我国高铁新城的发展评价。国内自2000年后在高铁新城量化研究上有一系列研究成果,但现有研究方向较为分散,缺乏对高铁新城建设现状整体的评价体系研究。该文结合现有高铁新城评价指标的研究成果,从用地、交通、设施及经济四个维度选用27项指标构建高铁新城建设现状评价指标体系,并采用多源数据技术手段对苏州北站、嘉兴南站进行实证研究。
There have been a lot of research findings in the quantitative evaluation of high-speed rail new towns in China and abroad.The research findings abroad are relatively mature but are not applicable to the development evaluation situation in China.Since 2000,there have been a series of research findings in this field in China,but the existing research directions are scattered,and there is a lack of overall evaluation system research on the construction status of high-speed rail new town.This paper combines the research results of existing high-speed rail new town evaluation indicators,selects 27 indicators from four dimensions of land use,transportation,facilities and economy to build an evaluation indicator system for the current construction situation of high-speed rail new town,and uses multi-source data technology to conduct empirical research on Suzhou North Station and Jiaxing South Station.
