东莞市小型灌区农业用水计量及农业供水成本核算初探——以周屋灌区为例

农业水价综合改革是保障农田水利工程正常运维,提高农业用水水平及农业用水管理水平的重要手段。东莞市灌区具有数量多、分布散、面积小、潮排潮灌等特点,该文从东莞市农业水价综合改革任务为出发点,以周屋灌区为例,对比分析“以电折水”与一体式雷达流量计农业用水计量方式,探讨农业用水计量方式的适用条件,并结合农业用水定额及农业供水价格组成完成灌区成本核算,提出东莞市农业水价综合改革任务在农业用水计量及农业供水成本核算面临的挑战及策略。
