全尾砂膏体充填系统充填质量稳定性研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究武山铜矿全尾砂膏体充填系统充填质量稳定性,分别测试了充填系统的制浆输送稳定性、工业运行稳定性与充填体强度波动。试验结果表明,全尾砂膏体充填系统的深锥浓密机在储料时间不超过3 d的情况下可实现相对稳定的排料与生产,若延长储料时间,物料易在深锥底部板结,进而导致排料流量与浓度的不稳定。考虑采矿充填的不平衡性,矿山应尽量避免深锥浓密机长时间储料,并可在深锥底部增加流态化活化造浆系统,保障排料稳定性。在工况条件相对稳定的情况下,武山铜矿全尾砂膏体充填系统工艺流畅,充填技术指标优异,超过设计和建设要求,且充填体28 d强度均能达到4 MPa以上,能够满足回采过程中充填体的强度需求。充填系统运行可靠、工艺参数稳定,极大地提高了充填体质量,为进一步实现安全高效开采提供了安全保障。 In order to study the stability of filling quality of the paste filling system in Wushan Copper Mine,the stability of pulping transportation,the stability of industrial operation and the fluctuation of backfill strength of the filling system are tested respectively.The results show that the deep cone thickener of the unclassified tailings paste backfill system can achieve relatively stable discharge and production under the condition that the storage time does not exceed 3 days,but when the storage time is prolonged,the material is easy to harden at the bottom of the deep cone,which will lead to the instability of discharge flow and concentration.Considering the imbalance of mining and backfilling activation,the mine should try to avoid long-term storage of materials in deep cone thickeners,and add fluidized activation pulping systems at the bottom of deep cones to ensure the stability of discharged tailings slurry.Under a relatively stable working conditions,the unclassified tailings paste backfilling system of Wushan Copper Mine has a smooth process,excellent backfilling technical indicators,which exceeding the design and construction requirements,and the 28 d strength of the backfilling sample can reach more than 4 MPa,which meets the backfilling strength requirements during the mining process.The reliable operation of the backfill system and the stable process parameters greatly improve the quality of the backfilling stope and provide a safety guarantee for the further realization of safe and efficient mining.
