宁夏规模奶牛养殖场发展现状、问题及对策研究--以宁夏A乳业公司为例

Study on the Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Ningxia Scale Dairy Farms--Take Ningxia a Dairy Company as an Example

宁夏地处黄金畜牧养殖带,具有得天独厚的奶牛产业发展优势。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,宁夏奶产业正在迈向高质量发展的道路。宁夏把奶业振兴作为实施乡村振兴战略、提高奶源质量、推进农业高质量发展的重要举措。宁夏A乳业公司按照“草畜一体化”的产业思路以“种优质草,养健康牛,产优质奶”为导向,以发展规模优质高产牧草为基础,大力推进规模化奶牛饲养。本研究以A乳业公司为例,探讨宁夏规模奶牛养殖场的发展现状及存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的对策建议,以期为规模奶牛养殖场及相关政府、管理部门制定奶业振兴战略提供参考。

Ningxia is located in the golden livestock breeding belt,with unique advantages in dairy industry development.Ningxia takes the revitalization of dairy industry as an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy,improve the quality of milk sources and promote the high-quality development of agriculture.Ningxia A Dairy Company following the industrial idea of grass livestock integration,takes planting high-quality grass,raising healthy cattle,and producing highquality milk as the guidance,and vigorously promotes large-scale dairy cattle breeding based on the development of high-quality and high-yield pasture.This study took A Dairy Company as an example to discuss the development status and main problems of large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing reference for large-scale dairy farms and relevant government and management departments to formulate strategies for the revitalization of the dairy industry.
