湿法烟气处理喷淋塔内流场的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 以某项目湿法烟气处理喷淋塔为研究对象,利用Ansys Fluent软件对塔内的气液两相流进行了数值模拟。分析了喷淋塔结构及运行参数对塔内流场的影响,结果表明:喷淋浆液具有整合流场的作用,有利于气液两相间的传质换热;入口角度对远离入口端的壁面附近流场具有较大影响,不宜设置过小,在75°时,塔内流动比较稳定,流速均匀;喷淋液滴粒径的大小对其在塔内停留时间具有较大影响,在过小时容易使液滴进入烟道,宜设置在1.5~2mm之间;喷淋液滴速度对烟气流场具有改善作用,当液滴速度达7m/s时可减少烟气回流区,提高塔内空间利用率。 Taking the wet flue gas treatment spray tower of a project as the research object,the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the tower was numerically simulated by using Ansys Fluent software.The influence of spray tower structure and operating parameters on the flow field in the tower was analyzed.The results showed that the spray slurry could integrate the flow field,which was conducive to the mass and heat transfer between gas and liquid phases;The inlet angle had a great influence on the flow field near the wall far from the inlet end,so it should not be set too small.At 75°,the flow in the tower was relatively stable and the velocity is uniform;The size of the spray droplet had a great influence on its residence time in the tower,and it was easy for the droplet to enter the flue when it was too small,which should be set between 1.5mm and 2mm;The spray droplet velocity could improve the flue gas flow field.When the droplet velocity reached 7m/s,the flue gas backflow area could be reduced and the space utilization rate in the tower could be improved.
