糖尿病肾脏病是指由糖尿病导致的慢性肾脏疾病,是2型糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一,其发病机制尚未完全清晰。近年来,在糖尿病肾脏病的发生和进展过程中,免疫调节已经成为不可或缺的存在。本文综述了免疫系统在糖尿病肾脏病发生机制中的作用,为糖尿病肾脏病潜在的治疗方法提供依据。

Diabetic kidney disease is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes,which is one of the common microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes,and its pathogenesis is not completely clear.In recent years,immune regulation has become indispensable in the occurrence and progression of diabet⁃ic kidney disease.The article reviews the role of immune system in the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease,and provides a basis for potential treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
