摘要
为改善镍铝基金属结合剂的不足,采用真空热压烧结的方法将造孔剂添加到镍铝基金属结合剂中,探究造孔剂对镍铝基金属结合剂的力学性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:样品的气孔率随着造孔剂体积分数的增大而增大,抗折强度则与气孔率的趋势相反。
In order to improve the deficiency of Ni-Al base metal bond,pore-forming agent is added to the Ni-Al base metal bond byvacuum hot pressing sintering method,and the effect of pore-forming agent on the mechanical property and microstructure of the NiAl base metal bond has been studied.The study result shows that the porosity of the samples is increasing with the increase of the volume fraction of pore-forming agent as the flexural strength is shown for an opposite trend to the porosity.
