摘要
高品质的金刚石加工成钻石珠宝后具有装饰观赏属性、金融投资属性和文化传承属性。文章对高品级培育钻石的由来、发展与展望进行了综述,介绍了化学气相沉积(CVD)法和高温高压(HPHT)法培育钻石的基本原理和基本要素,列举了若干实验研究成功实例,不同方法培育的钻石,由于掺杂或空穴的差异,彰显奇妙鲜艳的颜色,并展望了培育大单晶钻石的功能化性能应用前景。
After being processed into diamond jewelry,high-quality diamond has the attributes of decoration,financial investment and cultural inheritance.The article reviews the origin and development of the noble and elegant gem-quality lab-grown diamond.The basic principles and elements of diamond cultivation by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and high temperature and high pressure(HPHT)are emphatically introduced.Some successful examples of experimental research are listed.Diamonds synthesized by different methods show wonderful and bright colors due to the difference of dopants or cavity.The application prospect of functional properties of large single crystal gem-diamond is prospected.
