摘要 文章介绍了某新型蒸汽发生器管子-管板全深度液压胀的主要工艺方法,对操作过程中可能发生的质量风险,以及相对应的预防这些质量风险的措施,通过试验论证预防措施的有效性等进行了详细的阐述,为后续新型核电蒸汽发生器的液压胀操作的质量控制提供经验参考。 The new generation nuclear steam generator tube-to-tubesheet junction full-depth hydraulic expansion mainly method process is introduced, the potential quality risks happened during operation is analyzed, corresponding preventive measures, and the test demonstrated validity of the precautions, and provided some reference for the manufacture and quality control of following the new generation nuclear steam generator.
